In celebration of World Book Day and to foster students' interest in reading, all S1 students attended a Reading Day Camp organized by the school’s Reading Team on April 29, 2025, at the Tsuen Wan Tso Kung Tam Outdoor Recreation Centre. On that day, the school was honored to invite Mr. Yu Yi, author of the novel Kowloon Walled City, and Mr. Tsui Cheuk Yin, a writer of detective fiction, to deliver inspiring talks to the students.
In addition to the talks, students were divided into groups to share books with teachers and peers and to take part in a collage poetry workshop. After lunch, a “Relax Your Mind” session was held, allowing students to participate in various recreational activities.
Through the authors' sharing and a variety of engaging activities, students gained valuable insights in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, making reading an indispensable part of their daily lives.
