September 10th of each year is designated as “Teachers' Day”, which is synchronized with the “Teachers' Day” in Mainland. It is hoped that the celebration of this festival at the beginning of the school year will remind teachers and students of the spirit of “respect teachers and love students”, in order to promote the teaching profession, and allow teachers and students to build up an environment of trust and love for teaching and learning.
