Through experience sharing, a series of training activities are provided to newly arrived teachers at Ching Chung to help them adapt to the new environment. They can understand school policies and administrative operations. They can also learn classroom management skills.
Cooperating with new and old colleagues for professional exchanges and encouragement, it helps new teachers to get to know each other, establish good communication and connections. It can further strengthen collaboration and understand the needs of students that helps the development of teaching and learning. It is to help new teachers to increase the sense of belonging to the school. Furthermore, it provides spiritual support to participating co-workers through Bible-based sharing.
