The Hong Kong Christian Youth Association serves as the sponsoring organization for our school. Each year, a seminar is held for all staff members within the association. This year’s theme is "Now and Future @ 2030," building on the "YMCA Vision 2030" proposed at the 20th World Conference of the World Alliance of YMCAs.
The core attitude of this theme emphasizes the importance of grasping the present while moving forward and looking towards the future. It serves as a reminder that we must remain faithful to our current mission while also laying a solid foundation for future generations.
Through this event, participants will enhance their understanding of the various services provided by the association and have the opportunity to engage in different lectures throughout the day. This experience aims to equip them with the skills needed to respond to challenges in the workplace with a progressive mindset. The event concluded with a barbecue gathering.
