The Opening Ceremony and Flag-raising Ceremony for the 2025/26 academic year were successfully held on 1 September 2025. Although Principal Dr. Cheung Fu Wah was unable to attend due to her recovery from surgery, he expressed his care and concern for all students and staff. On her behalf, Vice Principal , Mr. Tony Shea delivered the address and presented the awards that had been postponed from the 2024/25 Closing Ceremony. In his remarks, Vice Principal introduced the major concerns for the new school year:
(1) Enhancing students’ academic self-efficacy and fostering a proactive learning atmosphere.
(2) Strengthening positive education to promote students’ physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
He also highlighted the new campus facilities and encouraged students to cultivate positive habits, strive for progress, and surpass their past achievements in order to lead a fruitful and meaningful school life.
The ceremony concluded with hymns of praise, during which students expressed gratitude for God’s grace as they embraced the new academic year.
